The internal laws of the state of Maryland shall govern the performance of our agreement, without regard to such state’s conflicts of laws principles. You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the site or our agreement must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action arose; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
All provisions in our agreement regarding representations and warranties, indemnification, disclaimers, and limitation of liability shall survive the termination of our agreement.

You agree that we may modify our agreement and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. You agree to review our agreement periodically to be aware of modifications.
